WELCOME, PULASKI RUNNERS!
The Pulaski Running Raiders is a community of beginning, intermediate, and advanced runners. Come here for knowledge, motivation, and information on upcoming practices, meets, and recreational runs.
CRoss Country is back in fall
Practice is every day immediately after school, unless specified otherwise. Dress for outside and meet in LG1-2 for attendance. Bring clothes for outside every day. We WILL run in the rain. Bring a watch and a water bottle.
Schedules and more
Practice length varies as some days we will have speed workouts, some days endurance workouts, and other days recovery workouts. A safe pick-up time is 5:00pm for workout days. Recovery days and pre-meet days will be done sooner. Coaches will do their best to communicate ending times in advance so athletes can coordinate rides.

Monday practices are held at the NEW Zoo Reforestation Camp. We do hill workouts there. We will meet there as close to 3:15 as possible. Athletes will need to get their own rides there. We will hold weekly potluck theme nights afterwards. This is a great way to celebrate a hard workout and connect with the team. Athletes can be picked up at 5:00pm.
