Saturday: I dis my first half-marathon in Hilbert. It took me 1:46:18, 8:07 pace. I took 1st in my age group. I was also the youngest finisher in the half.
Sunday: My day off after thE race.

Parkview Meet: I took 2nd in my race today. First place was Sage Wagner from Ashwaubenon. I ran the 1.67 mi in 11:19, 6:47 pace. I ran a little slower because of the heat and a sore throat.

Thanks! And it was actually 1.73 mi and I did it in 11:09 according too the time from the race, 11:19 was on my watch.

DePere Meet: 1.75 mi, took 2nd in my race, Sage was first again, ran it in around 11:42, 6:43 pace. I ran a little slower because I had a runny nose, sore throat, and my ears hurt.

BayView Meet: 1.75 mi, 12:01, 6:52 pace
I didn't do as well at this meet because I got tripped in the beginning of the race. A girl or two stepped on my forehead while I was on the ground. I still took 3rd place because I caught up to the leaders. And at the end of the race on the last uphill there was a big pile of mud and my shoe got stuck in it so I finished the race with one shoe!
Oh my gosh!!! What a fiasco!!! A race you will never forget I'm sure! Great finish, especially with all of that to deal with!

Saturday: Frerricks 5K at University of Dayton, 20:23, 6:34 pace. There were a lot of hills and I met a new running buddy. I got 1st female overall and won a free sweatshirt.
(also did some stairs in my sister's dorm!)

Monday: West DePere Meet @ Southwest Park: 2nd place, 10:54, 1.74 miles, 6:15 pace! It was really windy! and I kept both shoes on this time!
